i'm not that agree with the interpretation. it's a kind of *bittersweet* i would like to say. principle always overruled. and, we need to obey it with a good faith that someday someone will try with the very strong effort to amend it. and yeah, still the case of Che Omar Che soh v public prosecutor [1988] is the binding precedent over all the cases involving anything regarding the provisions of article 3 in the Federal Constitution. ohh.. the administration win. and the interpretation come to an end. more or less, i'm definitely agree with Dr. Tajul Aris discussion. really. and i'm spinning. the mohamed Habibullah case report is sooooo long! it's a dense text.too many to limelight.
